Description

St Martin's Press, 2007. First edition, hardcover with dustjacket. Signed and inscribed on title page, "2/28/08 For Mike - With Much gratitude and all best wishes, Brian Malloy." Notes on Condition: Overall in good used condition minus a few indentions on pages 1-18, a few folded corners and a small black stain on one page. The dust jacket has a protective cover that wasn't cut completely right on the flaps when it was originally attached and has some scratches.
