About This Item
New York: Random House, 1998. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. First Edition/First Printing. Hardcover in unclipped dustjacket. 860 pages with photographs. A monumental account of America's initial involvement in Vietnam and the corruption of the U.S. military system there. The author died January 7, 2021 at the age of 84. Except for four small pieces of tape holding the dj to the boards, this is a near fine copy. Very slight edgewear. No bow to the hinges as is usual with this hugh volume. No tears. A very good copy of this huge book. From my smoke-free collection. Ships in well-padded box. .
