About This Item
London: B T Batsford, 1946. Second edition from 1946. Creasing and small tears to the edges of unclipped dustwrapper, with a few small bits missing along the edges and a larger tear to the front panel. Some bumping to spine ends and corners of red boards, a previous owner's name (scribbled out) on f/ep, otherwise a good clean tight copy of this hard-cover book. Looks at English architects and architecture from the early seventeenth century up to the Regency period in the early nineteenth century. 196pp, over 200 b&w illustrations.. Second Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
