The forward shows that this edition [6th] was completely re-organized and redesigned with new illustrations; a new ribbon chart of the medals, and new charts and indexes have been added and etc.Fine condition with no wear or markings in a fine jacket protected in an archival sleeve. . Fine. Hardcover. 1988.

The dust jacket is faded along the spine and rubbed on the back panel, a light abraision on the top corner of the front endpaper.
