Some of the artist that are considered within this volume include Francis Barlow, Peter Tillemans, John Wootton and George Stubbs.With twenty seven colour plates and seventy-six black and white plates.Collated, complete. With adverts to the rear. A wonderful exploration of sporting painting as a genre. Rebacked with the original cloth spine and boards restored. Externally, very smart indeed with some marks to the rear board and fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages. Very Good Indeed
