Fortunately, family in Albuquerque and Pecos kept us in supply of the necessary ingredients to continue this indulgence. Sharing our meals with friends, we've learned that we are not alone in our love of New Mexican food. This great interest in the foods we've been serving guests, accompanied by requests of how to prepare them, led to THE BROWN ADOBE, Inc. Our company was started for the purpose of bringing real New Mexican food to places outside that state.
