Introduction by editor in German, English and French. Profusely illustrated throughout with black and white photographs, plus three full page plates in color. Presumed first edition, albeit no printing information on colophon page. Iconic male nude and physique photography by Bruce Harry Bellas [aka Bruce of Los Angeles]. No previous ownership marks. No spine crease. Very light off-setting to end-papers from printed Beardsleyesque inside covers. A clean, tight, copy with all photographs in fine condition. White paper covers show mild age wear and evidence of light scratching and indentations from writing. Very good. .
