The first Art & Project bulletin designed by Ger van Elk (1941-2014). The two-page opening and final page bear full-bleed stills from the video of the artist's droll attempt to inflate one foot with the other. This 16 mm. film piece was presented at Art & Project's gallery for his exhibition.
