The original dust jacket is in very good condition. Minor wear and creasing to the extremities, most noticeable at the spine where there is some tearing. The book is in very good or better condition. Wear to the edges and corners, no previous ownership marks. The Cat in the Hat Comes Back is a first edition unknown early printing with the variant second issue dust jacket that has many of the first printing points. First printing is not stated on the copyright page. The dust jacket is in good plus condition with general wear and creasing, and with a one inch chip missing at the top of the spine. There is an old piece of tape on the rear panel. The book is in very good or better condition. Has handling wear, but no previous ownership writing or marks.
