About This Item

Montreal: Canadair, 1962. 133 pp (printed on one side of page only), 11 1/4" H. Profusely illustrated in b&w with technical drawings/diagrams (some fold out). This was an in-house document "for training purposes only" and while most of the illustrations are quite legible, a few are very poor quality and virtually unreadable - all text pages are clear. The paging of the text sections is typed and include pages 30A and 49A. Sequentially, there is no page 111, but the text flow from page 110 to 112 reads as if complete. The illustration pages inserted between the text pages have handwritten numbers or no numbers at all, indicating that they were probably assembled separately. Sequentially, there is no No. 37, the run of pages 67-69 contains only two illustrations, there is no No. 80 and no No. 132 - however, there is no indication that anything has been removed. Contents: Section No. 1 - Introduction; System General; Hydraulic System; Hydraulic Fluid; Systems Bleeding; Mechanical System; Trim System; Augmentation System. Section No. 2 - Aileron System; Components; Rigging; Settings; Functional Tests. Section No. 3 - Stabilizer System; Components; Rigging; Setting; Functional Tests. Section No. 4 - Rudder System; Components; Rigging; Setting; Functional Tests. Interior - minor wrinkling at bottom edge of first two pages, otherwise clean and tight with no other ownership marks. Exterior - edges and corners of covers have wrinkling, creases and few very small tears; very light rubbing and soiling on rear cover.. Duotang Folder. Very Good.
