John Wiley & Sons, 1966. Green cloth boards, with gold gilt lettering on spine. Some very light scuffing, and a decided slant to the right. Inside front cover has large name stamp. Text is very clean. A couple of tiny stains on front foredge. Green dustjacket with white lettering. The front top has two line graphs. Back of jacket reviews a couple of other books. This book is part two of a three part series. Some scratching and quite a bit of chipping and a wee bit of tearing around the edges.
