London, UK: Hutchinson of London, 1958. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 168pp, 16pp black and white photographic plates. Light grey boards with titles on the front and spine. 8vo. Sun-faded spine, minor sun-fading to top edges of boards. Corners and spine ends lightly rubbed and rounded . Moderate foxing on the text block edges. Two previous owner's names penned on front free endpaper. Light foxing throughout, worse towards front, otherwise internally neat, clean and tight. A book about Cherry Kearton's naturalist stories.
