Reddish-brown decorated cloth over boards, Patterned end papers. The text is printed on a laid paper. Illustrated with one photograph, a frontis piece of the author and 2 black and white drawings by Seymour Stone. Moderate wear to the externals, bumped and lightly worn board corners and spine tips and the cloth binding is faded (stained?) in patches on the fore edge margins of the boards though more so on the back board. Very minor and occasional foxing to the text pages. Otherwise clean with a tight binding. A clear and removable archival cover has been fitted. .
