BOOK:- Binding is sound, no loose pages; blue boards are clean; some tarnishing of the gilt spine titles, but no loss; spine rounded; mild shelfwear; spine heel crush; scattered foxing to endpapers & across the edges of the text block; dealer stamp on bottom right of front pastedown; no ink names or other deliberate markings. JACKET:- No price printed on front flap; panels held together by the top third of the spine (11cm L-shaped tear along rear spine hinge); 2cm chunk of spine panel near bottom missing, with loss to author's surname; 1cm tear on front panel top at flap hinge; chipping to spine heel; spine is browned; dealer sticker affixed to spine head; mild scattered foxing.
