About This Item

Inscribed by the editor and all six contributors on the half-title, with program from the book release event laid in. An intimate portrait of a Chinese American community that stretches back for more than sixty years. Raised in the last of Santa Cruz's Chinatowns, George Lee (1922-98) served as a photographer for the Santa Cruz Sentinel for thirty years, but the subject most dear to his heart was his family.
