1970. Macmillan, New York, USA. 1970. First edition, first printing. Hardback with DW. SIGNED presentation copy from Moorcock to author Keith Roberts "For Keith with very best wishes Mike Moorcock. 5th Sept 1970". Loosely inserted is a slip of paper signed by a co-executor of Keith Roberts' estate, stating this book is a personal copy of the author Keith Roberts, and was collected from his flat, shortly after his death in October 2000. The boards are very slightly worn. Pages and edges are browned o/w a clean and sound copy. The wrapper is in stunning condition having been in protective wrap.
