About the author

YANG Dongping is Professor and Director of Graduate School of Education at the Beijing Institute of Technology, and President of the 21st Century Education Research Institute. He has published extensively in education, including General Education Theory which was published by Liaoning Education Press in 1989. YANG Min is Professor at the 21st Century Education Research Institute. HUANG Shengli is Executive Director of the 21st Century Education Research Institute.
