Boards sharp and clean, title gilt perfect. Text block clean, with light toning to edges. Feels lightly read, stressed at title page. Minor bump to head and foot of spine, very good condition. Jacket some minor crimping to edges, little edge wear and rubs to extremities, rub to rear panel. Overall very good. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. Synopsis
E.L. Doctorow is the author of nine books, including Welcome to the Hard Times, The Book of Daniel, Ragtime, Loon Lake, Lives of the Poet, World's Fair, Billy Bathgate, and The Waterworks . He has been awarded the National Book Award, the National Book Critics Circle Award (twice), the PEN/Faulkner Prize, the William Dean Howells medal of the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and is the recipient of numerous honorary degrees. He currently lives in New York and teached at New York University.
