Magna Books, Leicester, England, 1988. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Condition/Good. Illustrator: Photographic. 750 g; 128 pages, indexed. Illustrated throughout with parts, and full page colour photography. Colour illustrated dustwrapper. The dustwrapper has a little bit of rubbing at the top of the spine section. The photography in the book does not match the recipes as described. Sole meunière calls for two lemon or Dover soles, filleted. Nothing hard about that. The picture shows the correct sauce, applied to a complete fish that has not been filleted! The book has a very British feel to it, however most of the recipes should translate well when using a similar Australian fish. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall.
