Eventually, the man discovers his name and identity: Claude Lucas, rocket scientist, and possessor of some important secrets about America's space program. If only he could remember what those secrets are--and whether he's working for the CIA, the KGB, or both.

Synopsis

This tale of espionage, betrayal, and suspense takes place during the cold war and describes a conflict in the U.S. and Russian space race. The main character wakes with amnesia and has to determine what is truth and who is out to get him.  As Luke Lucas carefully unravels the mystery of his amnesia, he realizes that his fate is bound to a rocket that stands ready on launch pad 26B at Cape Canaveral.
