About This Item
Oxford at the Clarendon Press, 1761. Second Revised and Improved Edit. Very Good. Complete two volume set uniformly bound in relatively modern light brown cloth covered hardback bindings with matching dark brown leather spines lettered in gilt; firm and square, strong joints, no splits, sharp corners, just mildly rubbed. Contents bright, tight and clean; no pen-marks and not from a library so no such stamps or labels. Size: Folios (440mm x 270mm). Collation: pp. [4], xxx, [26], 884 and pp. 885-1575, [99]. Thus a very good set indeed. References: see ESTC T148435.
