Kurt Brungardt is one of America's top personal trainers and fitness writers. The author of eight books, he has appeared on the Today show, Good Morning America, and more, and has repeatedly been featured in Men's Health, Vogue, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and The New York Times. He is also the host and writer of the bestselling video Abs of Steel for Men.

Mike Brungardt is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the San Antonio Spurs. During his tenure, the Spurs have won three NBA championships and have had three league MVPs. He has also served as President of the NBA Strength Coaches Association. He is the co-author of The Strength Kit, The Complete Book of Butt and Legs, The Complete Book of Shoulders and Arms, and the kids' workout video Action Sports Camp, and has written for The Austin American Statesman.

Brett Brungardt is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Washington. He is the co-author of The Strength Kit, The Complete Book of Butt and Legs, The Complete Book of Shoulders and Arms, and the kids' workout video Action Sports Camp. He has also been a strength and conditioning coach with the University of Kentucky and in the NBA with the Dallas Mavericks. He has a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Houston, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
