Some waterstaining and bookplate of Gertrude Maria Wilson to pastedown, otherwise generally clean internally. Near-contemporary handwritten report of some of the effects of the flood included as insert. Includes twenty black and white illustrated plates based on photographs of the flood's effects. . Good. Publisher's Cloth. First Edition. 1864.
