London: Swan Sonnenschein & Company. Fair. 1892. Hardcover. Book is cocked. Front inner hinge is cracked, held by binding thread only. Rear inner hinge is mostly cracked. Lower outer corners of front cover and the first half of the pages are bumped. Split has a split to the lower end of the rear edge, a bump to the top end, slight wear to the lower end, and is darkened. Rear cover has small dents to the upper and lower edges. Corner of front free endpaper is clipped away. Some marginal lines in pencil. ; English text. First published in Germany in 1845. With a new preface written by Engels in 1892. Book plate of Ch. E. Gordon Crawford on the front endpaper. .
