Prize plate stuck to front free endpaper. Clean pages and illustrations with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Minor splits to spine ends and corners causing cloth to be frayed. Visible wear marks to boards.

DJ has tiny crease at top front tip, slight wear to both front tips, micronick and very slight wear at spine bottom edge. Near Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
