Large, heavy, sturdy book, quality brown cloth, black lettering very fine on spine, blue and white illustration of Northern Polar Regions inside front cover and adjacent end paper, of Antarctica Regions inside back cover and adjacent end paper, 306 lightly browned pages, full-page glossy photos throughout. Ink underlining and notes on pages 3-70. DJ glossy with gray background and white-frosted bearded man on front and spine, white back lightly soiled with list of book titles. DJ has light wear at bottom front bookfold edges, 1/2" tear at top front edge nearer tip, tiny tear too, tiny tear at top back edge. DJ and book, both Very Good.
