A good, sound copy. "From the last London edition, which is almost entirely re-written." Authorship attributed to William Kitchener. The London edition first appeared in 1817 under the title, APICIUS REDIVIVUS OR COOK'S ORACLE. LOWENSTEIN 92. AMERICAN IMPRINTS 9213.
