Illustrations from photos and tipped in hand-coloured plate on title page (initialed by artist Jim Rimmer who also designed the type). Copy #4/15 (see note below) copies in quarter-bound leather. Signed by the author and book designer Alex Widen. Very scarce Cave E6. Due to a dispute between the parties approximately half of the projected 215 copies were reportedly destroyed. 1992
