New York: Rand McNally & Company, 1964. Limited Edition. Hardcover in Slipcase. Near Fine/Good+. Stout 8vo. Pp. 653. Foreword by Mark Van Doren. Beige half cloth over marbled paper covered boards, titles stamped in silver foil on the spine, head edge gilt, colored endpapers and preliminary leaf. Edition limited to 2000, this copy hand numbered 983 and signed in ink by Newquist and Van Doren: Very light soiling to spine edges. In the black paper covered slipcase with titles and interviewees printed in black on mounted goldenrod label: corners rubbed, light stains to label. Sixty-three one-hour interviews with authors, columnists and publishers about "their working philosophies.
