Description

Philadelphia: Theo. Presser Co., 1929. 112 pp. Green cloth with gold lettering on front board and spine. Spine faded, a few white specks on front board, slight rubbing to extremities and corners bumped. Front hinge barely starting. Text block is clean, square and tight except that there are light pencil underlinings and notations on many (but not all) pages up to page 48 and on pages 108-111. They do not interfere with the legibility of the text. Owner's name in pencil on front free end paper. The author makes a sharp distinction between Ancient or Strict Counterpoint and Modern or Free Counterpoint but teaches them side by side to better understand both.. First Edition. Hardcover. Good+/No Jacket. 12mo.

Our Internet business began in 2001. Upon visiting the store, we can show and sell individual online titles upon request. Store hours are 10:00-5:30 (Tues.-Sat.) and 11:00-4:00 (Sun.). The business is run by Richard Chalfin.
