London: J. M. Dent & Sons, Ltd., 1987. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good +. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Beautifully illustrated book by major figure of Arts & Crafts Movement in the 1880's and 1890's. End papers are his woodblock printed wallpaper, "Quercus", 1908. 180 pp. Bright copy is a little shaken but solid. Previous owner's gift inscription on title page. Bumping to edges. Front free end paper has ink numbers in top right corner, with an old price. Clipped dust jacket is bright with minor creasing and slight rubbing. Nice copy of quaint and charming book.
