Description

William Morrow & Company, New York, 1974. First English language. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Very Good Condition/Very Good. Photographs reproduced are in colour and back and white. Bright blue boards with white writing on spine. The corners are slightly rubbed and various slight bumping to the top of spine. There is also some shelf wear evident to the bottom edge. Dust marks visible to top edge of page. Some of the internal pages have grubby marks from handling. Photographic dustwrapper (protected) has a blue background with white writing on spine. The dustwrapper is sun faded on spine, and there is buckling to the lower spine. This is David Hamilton's homage to the world of ballet. Through "dazzling frozen instants" he captures the novice to the most celebrated star and brings together what ballet means to the viewer. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. 119 pp..
