Red cloth, lacking the rare dust jacket, with title, author, illustrators, and publisher in gilt, a tale of the Indian frontier, illustrated by Frederic Remington and Edwin Willard Deming, color insert illustration of a female Sioux. Bookplate to front pastedown, a bright, clean, tight copy with its spine panel just barely dulled, else fine.
