Heavy 4to. in yellow embossed blue cloth covered boards, illustrated end-papers, 248pp on thick art paper, numerous colour illustrations in text, index etc. This copy signed by David Hockney in red and green ink and dated by him 'December 6th 1993 / Los Angeles' on the half title leaf. It also has Hockney's 'PERSONAL' stamp in blue ink and 'Hand stamped by D H' written by him in green ink, these were done by Hockney to distinguish copies that were given by him to the recipient, as opposed to copies simply presented to him for signing.
