Description

New York: St. Martin's Press, 1978. First Edition. First Printing. Octavo (21.5cm); orange paper-covered boards and rust-colored cloth backstrip, with titles stamped in black on spine; dustjacket; [vi],210,[6]pp. Light wear to spine ends, light spotting to top edge. Clean and strong, some very light soiling here and there, in a bright, very clean dustjacket with some very light sunning to the spine panel. A very good, clean, bright copy. The novelization for the sequel to Romero's Night of the Living Dead. An immensely influential work in the zombie horror genre, without which we would have no Walking Dead, no Dead Island, no Dead Rising, no World War Z, or indeed the majority of the shambling undead apocalypses we've all lived through since Romero first filled a shopping mall with flesh-eating walkers. Scarce.
