Its descriptions of the Jackal's assassination plans and efforts to avoid detection have long attracted notice for their depth and detail. 8.75'' x 5.25''. Original red paper boards, gilt-stamped spine. In original unclipped (£2.00) color pictorial dust jacket designed by Tom Simmonds / Trevor Vertigan. Grey endpapers. [6], 358 pages. Signed by Forsyth on title page, dated 2015. Slip from 2015 author signing event laid in. Boards with a tiny bit of bumping. Jacket with thin shadows of previous tape (no longer present) to edges of jacket flaps, a couple shallow nicks at head of spine, else a beautiful copy.
