New York, New York: The Morgan Horse Club. VG. 1920. Reprint edition. Softcover. Very good condition with only light usage showing. Text is stapled with light cardstock covers glue to text spine. Covers appear to be light gray with minor edge nicks or tears HOWEVER looks like coffee stains on front cover by right edge and right bottom corner. This seeped through the text getting less on each page. Rear cover has only very minorstains along edges near bottom. Otherwise text is still clean/tight. This reprint edition has chapters V to VIII. Page 91 has a b/w illustrations of Hale's Green Mountain Morgan which appeared opposite page 44 of the first edition of Linsley's work. Chapter 5 explains origin of the Morgan Horse; chapter 6 talk about Justin Morgan; Chapter 7 gives the history and description of the stallions sired by the Justin Morgan; General description of the different families and their distinguishing characteristics.
