Moscow, Russia: Composer-Produced, 1992. Side-Stapled Wraps. Very Good. 11.5" X 15.5. An exceedingly scarce and quite remarkable composition, written by Viktor Sumarokov in 1992, as the Soviet Union was dissolving. It is scored as a single (but richly-varied) movement, with a general metronome marking of quarter = 112.( Pages 24-40 embrace powerful section for the percussion quartet.) 50+ pages. CONDITION: A solidly-bound oversize full score with moderate shelf-wear (a back-cover corner-crease/tear repaired with near-invisible library archival tape). It is unmarked but for an occasional penciled English translation of a perfomance instruction. This rare score is now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board. *****NOTE: Because of this score's size and weight (around 3 pounds securely packed), an ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE must be assessed (not to exceed the actual shipping cost) when shipping domestic (USA) Priority or Internationally.
