This is a dark red hardcover with gold lettering on spine, "Text-Book Series in Education" in black lettering across the front cover; 434pp. Cover is a little worn (slight fraying at top and bottom of spine, tips of outer corners); a few small water spots on spine and rear cover; very slight rippling on small patch of back cover due to exposure to moisture; lettering on spine and front cover almost like new. First (blank) page has been removed. Many pages have underlining/notes; slight rippling.
