Freemont, MI: Sumac Press. Very Good. 1973. First Edition. Softcover. 0912090308 . Thirty-three poems by a former Michigan resident. In 1968 Gerber and Jim Harrison co-founded the literary magazine Sumac. This book was issued in an edition of 1,000 softcover copies and 126 hardcover copies. This was his second book of poetry (preceeded by The Revenant in 1971). There is a one paragraph previous owner's inscription on the front end paper, else a nice clean and tight copy with no interior or exterior markings and no creasing to the covers. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 63 pages .
