London; Denis Archer, [1932]., 1932. Hard Cover. FIRST EDITION. Octavo, pp. 286. Publisher's maroon cloth with gilt titles to spine and archer motif to upper board. Spine sunned, and worn at tips' corners rubbed. Endpapers and half-title a little toned otherwise contents clean; no annotation or inscriptions. A Good copy. Elliot's famous horror novel of occult possession in which the local Reverend is possessed by the Devil.
