All first Editions except for Taking the Fifth In the original unclipped dustwrappers Judith Ann (J. A.) Jance (1944 - ) is an award-winning American author of mystery and horror novels. The Beaumont and Brady series intersect in the novel 'Partner in Crime', which is both the 16th Beaumount mystery and the 10th Brady mystery. Jance was born in South Dakota and raised in Bisbee, Arizona (the setting for her Joanna Brady series of novels). She is a graduate of the University of Arizona. Before becoming an author, she worked as a school librarian on a Native American reservation, as a teacher, and selling insurance. These volumes include novels from the J. P. Beaumont, Joanna Brady and Ali Reynolds series as well as one of her thrillers - 'Day of the Dead'. In the original publisher's cloth binding with the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart. Minor shelfwear to the boards. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Minor edgewear to the dustwrapper. Small mark to the bottom edge of 'Devil's Claw'. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Near Fine
