*1st Edition* Oliver and Boyd, Edinburgh, 1964. 8vo, xxi + pp364 with black & white photos throughout. Hardcover with dust jacket. DJ in protective sleeve in reasonably good condition with some wear and chips around edges and spine. The spine is sunned and has faded, Some foxing to inside of jacket. Red cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine in good condition, showing very minimal signs of wear, however the top and bottom of binding is a little mucky. Inside inscription to previous owner neatly on ffe paper, otherwise a lovely clean copy.
