N.p. Privately published. N.d.. 8vo. 23cm, 65p., frontis portrait (author), facsimile illustrations, notes, printed green wraps, fine condition (gar). ~ John Goldie (1793-186) writes of a journey from Montreal, around Lake Ontario, on to Pittsburgh in 1819. Originally published privately in 1897 the only extant copy is in the Toronto Public Library. James Goldie and family emigrated to Ontario in 1844 to Ayr in Waterloo County.
