Square and intact binding. Clean and unmarked text pages. Some discoloration to endpapers. Bumping of ends of spine and corners. Water stains on lower front and rear edges. Moderate shelf wear. Jacjet is intact but without price. Missing pieces on upper spine and middle spine. Moderate to heavy shelf wear. In new protective jacket cover. Photos upon request.. Synopsis
Died in the Wool is a detective novel by Ngaio Marsh; it is the thirteenth novel to feature Roderick Alleyn, and was first published in 1945. The novel concerns the murder of a New Zealand parliamentarian on a remote sheep farm, said to be located near Mount Cook. Like the previous novel in the series the story takes place during World War II with Alleyn doing counterespionage work.
