Shelf-rubbed; just about fine in a bright pictorial dust jacket with just a bit of edge wear at spine ends, a short closed tear to the front panel, and a small rectangular chip to the rear.. Small 8vo, 89pp; half-cloth and decorative boards. This copy has been inscribed by Kanin over much of the front flyleaf to the gossip columnist Leonard Lyons, with a pair of typed letters signed by Kanin to Lyons and his wife laid in.
