The cover will appear at first glance to have creases; this is simply part of the facsimile reproduction of an original cover.. 8vo (8.25 inches tall) . Description: In the introduction, Robert Weinberg explains that the Doctor Death stories were first presented in 1934 All Detective Magazine as if by a new author, Edward Norris. Edward Norris was one of the pen names used by Harold Ward. All Detective Magazine was changed to Dr Death in 1935, and the character Dr Death was the lead villain, but was much changed from the original. Harold Ward was still writing, but now with the pen name Zorro. Includes a few black and white illustrations. This facsimile reprint edition is limited; number of copies not stated.
