New York: Harper & Brothers Publishers, 1940. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7?" - 9?" tall. Type: Hardback First Edition Hardcover Book in Very Good Condition. No dust jacket. Clean and unmarked hunter green buckram binding with pasted on paper panel on spine, green and gold with black lettering, panel rubbed, scraped at lower end. Extremities faintly rubbed. Rough cut on fore edge and lower edge. Solid, tightly bound book with sewn binding. Interior clean, a few pages with penciled brackets alongside some paragraphs. no creases. Very nice volume by the author of "The Horse and Buggy Doctor". May be regarded as a sequel to the eleventh chapter of that book published two years before this one. Dr. Hertzler had numerous requests for greater detail about the contents of that chapter. And so this book was born. 316 pages. 8.75 x 6 inches. Harper & Brothers Publishers, New York, 1940.
