New York: W. W. Norton & Company, 1967. First edition, first printing, with a couple of minor condition issues. Hardcover, color illustrated dustjacket. Dampstains to lower edge of covers, not affecting outside of dustjacket or inside of book, light edgewear, good hinges, sound text block, scattered spots of what look like printing toner to front free endpaper, pages clean and free from names other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket has light shelfwear and rubbing, rubbed edges, very tiny chips to extremities.. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
