The first edition of this book on the author's memories of Dorset, written by Llewelyn Powys, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. The first edition. In the original publisher's cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Illustrated with a monochrome frontispiece and thirty- one monochrome plates. Collated complete. This work by Llewelyn Powys describes the author's love for his home county of Dorset, with descriptions of the area and the topographical details of the county alongside the memories he experienced there. In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally excellent with a slight lean, very minimal fading to the spine and the odd minor spot to the endpapers. The wrap is very smart with marks to the rear, light spotting and only very small closed tears to the head. Light spotting to the verso. Internally firmly bound with occasional light spotting and bright pages. Very Good Indeed
